This is a vintage WGA Honor Caddie Pin. The Honor Caddie is the highest level of caddie performance and the caddies who are awarded these have to keep up their golf skills and maintain a high level of character. They are rated by players and must keep excellent ratings in order to maintain the honor status. As a result, these pins are very rare. The caddies who own them likely never give them up and the pins are not produced in large numbers. This one comes in a very attractive blue felt box. It is in excellent condition. It was always kept as a collectible.

This item was acquired from the sale of the collection of golfing great Tom McNamara and his son Leo McNamara. In 1909, Tommy Mack was the first golfer on the professional circuit to break 70 in the US Open. McNamara was the first American to compete in the Open Championship in Britain in 1920. Encouraged by this experience, McNamara became a driving force behind the newly established Professional Golf Association (PGA). Tom McNamara's son Leo was a rep for Wilson and Walter Hagan lines of golf equipment. Throughout his career, he became associated with numerous great professional players. Leo and his father formed a remarkable collection of approximately 3,000 clubs, golf balls and other rare items.

LORD OF THE RINGS GAMES!
It appears that any game that could possibly have a Lord of the Rings theme has been produced. These include Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, Backgammon and Dominoes.
LORD OF THE RINGS FIGURES
Figures from the movies include a large action figure series. There are separate figure sets and color schemes for each movie. The highest quality figures were made by Sideshow WETA. Although these are expensive, they sell out quickly and will likely keep their values.
